⑴ ug编程好还是POWermill
这个主要看你是从抄事哪个行业的编程袭、不能说哪个一定很强、每个软件都是各有千秋、很多人用PM都是说PM好用,有人说CAM好用,还有说CIM好用的、个人认为这只是看行业、看你加工什么类型的模具或产品了、基本上CAM用来做产品比较普及、做橡胶模具也很方便。UG适合用来做中小型精密模具,UG拆电极出电极图是没有软件能替代。PM一般用来做大型模具、PM算刀路非常快、大型模具用UG算刀路算12小时算不好的PM一个小时就可以算好,而且PM编写电极速度非常快,文件导入自动编程,很方便效率非常高,唯一缺陷就是编刀路要UG软件配合做辅助面和轮廓线。其实用什么软件都是差不多,说白了就是看你要从事哪方面发展。

⑶ 我是做普通数控车床编程与操作的。我想学五轴联动机床编程,难度会很大么我需要具备哪些条件才能学好
不会太大,但具备一定加工中心或车铣复合的加工经验最好,如果没有也没关系,可以边练边学。
所用软件也很多种,MasterCAM、Cimatron、PowerMill、UG、PROE,推荐学习UG,既可以做刀路编程,又可以做产品设计造型,还可以做分模,不过现在用得最多的是MasterCAM。
⑷ 加工中心代码G02编程用到i是什么意思
G02是顺时针圆弧插补。圆弧插补有两种编程方法:
1. R 编程:G02/G03 X--Y-- R--; X--Y-- 表示圆回弧终点答位置,R--表示圆弧半径。
2. I ,J,K编程: G02/G03 X--Y-- I-- J-- ; X--Y-- 表示圆弧终点位置,I--表示圆心相对圆弧起点在X轴上的增量值(圆心X值减圆弧起点X值的代数差),J--表示圆心相对圆弧起点在Y轴上的增量值(圆心X值减圆弧起点X值的代数差)。
